Learning Standard for Today : 6.G.A.1 Find the area of right triangles, other triangles, special quadrilaterals, and polygons by composing into rectangles or decomposing into triangles and other
shapes; know and apply these techniques in the context of solving real-world and
mathematical problems.

Today you are just going to have time to review all the area problems that we worked on last week.  I am not teaching you any new content today.  I just feel like you need more problems to get comfortable finding area.  Please watch the video as I am completing one example of each type of problem.  You do not have to pause the video and work the problems today unless you want to.

Looking Ahead:  Next Monday we will be having a test on Area that we have been learning and Factors which will be the lessons for the next few days.

You may print the page or just write out the work on notebook paper.   Whichever is most convenient for you.  Please complete the worksheet and submit it whichever way worked for you.  Look back on August 19th if you don't remember how to submit a paper.  Remember some of the options were taking a picture of the work or typing answers in the text box.
